Roti King can do no wrong! Fight me! Just kidding lolIn all seriousness, anyone craving Malaysian comfort food including the teh tarik (pulled tea) should just visit the unassuming place. But please not too often since it’s already so crowded that it’s hard to get a seat. Or maybe Roti King, please expand the place!

In London for one night, I asked ChatGPT what I should do, based on what it knows about me it suggested that I go here, and it was spot on, I would have never of found this place off my own back.I absolutely loved my food, loved the vibe, it is fast, and it gets busy fast, the food is great, it reminded me of being in a bustling little food place in SE Asia. The Roti is some of the best I have had, and the sauce to dip in was full of spice and flavour, a perfect combo. With some fried chicken and hot sauce, which was fresh and poppin, and an ice tek tarik tea was a great combo.

First time visiting Roti King. We went to the euston branch. The food was amazing, filling, and tasty. You can bring your own booze with a charge. But it works out the same as getting drinks if with a group. The venue is small, and there are no bookings. But the staff are friendly and efficient so turnaround is quick.Dietary restrictions: A friend has a nut allergy and was able to scan a code on the menu to check the dishes. So, no cincidents can occur.

I’ve known about this restaurant for a long time. People are always queuing to get in, which is indicative to its popularity, but it’s also off putting for a lazy guy like me.However, I was in the area last night and decided to join a relatively short queue (two groups of people in front of me).I had a fish curry roti and fried chicken, my partner, a vegan nasi goreng. Overall, the experience and food didn’t live up to my expectation. Pleasant as they are, I didn’t think the food stand out from other south Asian places I have been to in central London. However the price is cheaper than its competitors.
